Note on Crystallization
Comb honey can crystallize over time. It is best enjoyed fresh, but crystallized comb is still perfectly edible and delicious.
All raw honey will eventually crystallize. This is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, unheated honey. To return it to a liquid state, place the jar in a warm water bath (not boiling) until the crystals dissolve.
