Shipping Policy
We ship orders twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the weight and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.
Please note that honey is heavy and fragile. We pack our glass jars carefully using recyclable materials to ensure they arrive intact. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., you received the wrong item or the product arrived damaged), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you to issue a replacement or a refund.
Note on Crystallization: Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This is a sign of high-quality, unheated honey and is not a defect. We do not issue refunds for crystallized honey. To return it to a liquid state, gently warm the jar in a water bath (do not exceed 104°F/40°C).
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and send you updates if you have opted into our newsletter.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track personal data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your payment information is processed securely through our payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Health Disclaimer
Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.
Honey can contain spores of a bacterium called Clostridium botulinum, which can multiply in a baby's immature digestive system and cause infant botulism, a rare but serious illness.
